​

That breadth of experience enables him to evaluate a project from multiple perspectives-not simply as a development opportunity, but through the lenses of market demand, investment performance, construction, positioning, long-term usability, and value creation.

​

His broader professional achievements include being named Realtor® of the Year by the Texas Association of Builders in 2020 and 2024, as well as receiving the William C. Jennings Award for Excellence in Commercial Real Estate in 2022.

​

These recognitions complement his development work and reflect a career built around understanding real estate at multiple levels—from market behavior and transactions to investment strategy, new construction, and development execution.

Imran also brings a background that is somewhat uncommon in real estate development.

With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, he combines real estate experience with an analytical and technology-oriented mindset.
