Imran is known as one of the top real estate agents in the greater Houston area. Since relocating to the U.S. in September 2015, Imran (in partnership with his sister Pinky) formed The B&P Team; one of the most successful Real Estate companies in Houston.

Imran is a winner of the Greater Houston Builders Association Realtor of the Year Awards. In addition to that honor, The B&P Team were named Perry Homes 2018 top seller in new construction, and they were named Highland Homes top seller for 2019.

Arif Maknojia is the Founder and CEO of ADM CPA - one of the reputable leading professional services firms in Houston, Texas. He also is a managing member of Esteem Finance since 2011.
​
Arif previously served as the Treasurer and Supervisory Committee Chairman of the Pioneer Mutual Federal Credit Union from 2008 until 2012 and as a member of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. Before 2008, Arif was a Senior Accountant at Primoris Services Corporation (former Willbros) and served clients in a variety of industries, primarily Oil & Gas.
He has over 15 years of diversified experience serving clients in various industries, including Fortune 500 Companies. Besides accounting and auditing, he has served in many other areas, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, operations along with organizational and strategy matters.

Arif has a remarkable reputation and track record as a CPA. Following in the footsteps of his father, Arif aims to live up to the legacy and good-reputation of his father.
